A team needs order and discipline in order to be successful. Included in the links at the right are the constitution and the demerit system.
The constitution has all of the team's policies, procedures, and expectations. All team members are expected to abide by the guidelines set forth in the constitution.
Should a team member not follow the listed expectations, the team member will receive demerits. Demerits will be documented and monitored by the director. If demerits accumulate, the team member could face a period of non-participation or ultimately dismissal from the team.
